Christmas is about to go spectacularly wrong again, with one theatre company preparing to bring festive chaos back across the UK following a sold-out run last year.

Christmas Carol Goes Wrong is returning for a limited tour and six-week West End season, as the Cornley Amateur Drama Society attempts to stage Charles Dickens’ much-loved A Christmas Carol with predictably disastrous results.

This time, Cornley has to deal with problems behind the scenes and missing performers, while an argument over who gets to play the leading role threatens to make their version of Ebenezer Scrooge’s story even more chaotic.

The production comes from the multi-award-winning Mischief team behind The Play That Goes Wrong, giving those of us who love their particular style of comedy another chance to spend Christmas with the accident-prone Cornley crew.
